Cancellation before arrival:

– up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price

– up to 15 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

- up to 10 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price

– later than 10 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

Cancellations must be made in writing, and the date of delivery of the notice to the landlord is decisive. An email is sufficient. If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, the entire rental price must be paid. The landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental period prematurely if house rules are violated.
